Project Description: Malibu Valley Master Plan is an equestrian themed project that includes 90 single-family estate home sites spread over 600 acres with an extensive trails and open space program.  The project development is centered on an existing horse farm and equestrian center with large pasture areas and an internal trail system that connects to the historic Backbone regional trail. 

Part of the Master Plan program was a complete remodel of the existing horse farm facilities.  Diamond West was responsible for the planning, design, and construction documents for storm drainage infrastructure and the development of a comprehensive stormwater management and water quality plan.
