Project Description: Diamond West consulted with Sapphos Environmental, Inc. in providing support to the County of Los Angeles in the master planning of the proposed redevelopment of the 129-acre Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center (RLANRC) campus. Diamond West completed a comprehensive survey of the redevelopment area including conducting a 3D visual analysis and preparing floor plans and elevations of historical st ructures.  This analysis was completed to assist with characterization of the 76 contributing historic structures and buildings and evaluation of the feasibility of rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of these resources as components of the plan.
