Diamond West was hired to formulate a redesign of this challenging hillside property that was originally entitled as a podium condominium development.  The revised design included a 78-unit terraced townhome development with 4 affordable units.  The project also includes substantial street improvements including a religned right-of-way, signaled intersection, landscape medians, and a bus stop.
