 Jefferson at Hollywood and Highland consists of 271 residential units averaging 881 square feet, 8,500 square foot of ground-floor retail and a subterranean 755-space parking garage. Amenities include a business center, clubhouse with concierge services, movie theatre, pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill, lounge and a fitness center.

The project is located at the core of Hollywood’s redevelopment area across the street from the Hollywood and Highland project and Kodak Theatre .  Ten percent of the units are affordable, with live/work units and retail space that  front Highland Avenue.
