Scope of Work:
1601 Vine consists of a total proposed 107,298 square feet of new transit-oriented and pedestrian-friendly commercial development consisting of ground-floor neighborhood retail and commercial and Class A office uses above.
The proposed project will complete the infill of Vine Street between Selma Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard, and will reinforce the urban, mixed-use character of the area. The pedestrian-friendly design of the proposed ground floor retail will enhance the pedestrian experience along Vine Street and in front of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
